The California Teachers Association is flexing its muscle. According to the Sacbee The CTA began calling 2006 statewide candidates to its downtown office in search of potential endorsements for the June Primary. And those seen queuing up to suckle the bloated CTA where Steve Westly,Rocky Delgadillo, Bill Lockyer and Phil Angelides.
The CTA feeling empowered after defeating Schwarzenegger in the special election and with more then walking around money to hand out to the little piggys its no wonder there fighting to get in line. The CTA spent $50 million on the special election and they are willing to spend more. After all what else would a teachers union spend there money on? School, the rank and file yea right.
