Is it me or is there not enough being said regarding Iraq's Prime Minister al- Maliki's
National Reconciliation Plan ? It appears that he will give amnesty to insurgents that had killed American soldiers, but not Iraqi civilians. Thanks a lot al. I guess that means they can keep on killing Americans up to and beyond our departure .
