SacBee Titled
Fewer youths in lunch program She writes about the decline in subsidized meals last summer. You would think this would be a good thing. But the people that run theses programs think that the kids are not eating or worse eating at McDonald's. It couldn't possibly be the parents are actually taking care of their own children? Or is the real problem there could be less public money going to the bureaucracy of the school lunch program if fewer kids need it? Just a thought
