When I read the article regarding the deal in the
Sacramento Business Journal They kept writing that the county and city would pay for this or the county and city agreed to pay this HEY COUNTY AND CITY AND SAC BIZ JOURNAL THE TAX PAYERS ARE PAYING IT!
