BE CAREFUL OUT THERE
Its been almost a week now since I was blind sided by an early attack of the flu. Snuck into my environment like an Al-quaida sleeper cell by one of my patients or one of the grandkids(betting on the grandkid). This was a combination of chills, low grade fever,generalized aches , loss of appetite (big deal for me) and non-productive cough.
But with the help of my cold-eeze and chicken soup I 'll be 100% by Monday.
So dont forget to get your flu shot this year.
