WIN SOMEONE ELSE'S MONEY
Part time Ben Stien impersonator, Robin Hood wannabe and Governor hopeful has come up with an original idea for helping Californians education problems. We'll just throw more money at it. We'll just keep taxing corporations and wealthy people until they all leave. So we continue with the premise that its someone else's responsibility to pay for your kids pre-school and college. Hey Phil here's a novel idea. Come up with a plan that will start showing a return on the investment of the over $50 billion or a median of $6857 per student. The Bee also states Phil would cut tuition rates for public colleges and universities. Phil what you need to realize is, its not your money.
