FEEDING THE SHARKS
Marjie Lundstrum and Sam Stanton of the Sacramento Bee Have been reporting on the Americans with Disabilities Act and this part has to do with the amount of filing that is being done and the cost to small business. Another example of good intention laws that cause more problems and just helps feed the sharks.
